Service Description

MySite Global provides professional Customer Service via phone, internet and/or in-person at client's home. The average cost of an in-home consultation including additional training is $35.95 plus mileage. Basic service issues are free via telephone. However, based on the nature of a problem, a $15.95 fee could be charged. MySite representatives have limited availability M-F from 10am to 4pm EST and cover only emergencies on weekends.
